The Top Flight Elite Program is designed to help our players maximize their potential as basketball players and first class athletes.
The Top Flight Elite Team Program was created to give the best players in our program the opportunity to compete against the best players in the region.
The goal of the Elite Programs is to develop a pathway for our players to play college basketball in the United States at The NCAA Division I Level.
Through our vast networks of college coaches and school administrators in the United States
Our Elite Program is a developmentally-based progression that depends on players mastering new skills before advancing to the next level. Progression from one team to the next is not solely based on a player’s age, although we use age a guideline. Progression to each stage is determined by players mastery of skills at each level of the program.
The Top Flight staff holds an open tryout for membership on the Top Flight Elite Team twice yearly, once at the beginning of the new season in August and again at the midterm break in December. Elite Team players are selected by Coach Ike and The Top Flight Staff based on ability, experience, and potential.
On occasion the Top Flight coaching staff will invite players to join the Elite team who have exhibited an advanced skill set and potential, and a high basketball IQ. Players can also request a trial session with members of the Top Flight coaching to exhibit their skills. Players will be notified by email with an official invitation letter if they make the team. Players are asked to sign the commitment letter and send back to the Top Flight staff within 7 days.
Our program is further broken down into 3 stages of development with different levels of mastery; Purple, Silver, Gold.
Participants in The Elite Program must commit to the team.
